2.5 acres in the midst of a silent neighbourhood, over 90,000 sq ft (planned) of built-up space and company of people you could call your friends. Spread across two Homes - Narmada Niketan and Bhanumati Mukundrai Mehta Vishram Dham (henceforth referred as Vishram Dham), single and double rooms are available for mobile senior citizens (60+ age) with attached bathrooms and an in-room telephone. Other facilities include an in-house dispensary and a temple. This is the largest Home for the seniors in the entire Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Despite being easily accessible (it is 1.5 km from Belapur suburban railway station on the Harbour line) and in the center of the satellite town of Navi Mumbai, as per information available with us, this is the most affordable option available to the seniors in the MMR region (amongst senior citizen facilities that provide chargeable options for residing). Given the current cost of living, we are able to provide all-in housing at Rs 6,500/- per month only because of our unflinching focus on our founding principles, articulated below

Capacity:

Narmada Niketan Home for the Aged : 50 residents

Vishram Dham Home for the Aged : 150 residents (including guest rooms and immobile aged section)

(c) A Physiotherapy Center where physiotherapy services are provided thrice in a week

(d) Recreation Ground at Visharam Dham

(e) Elevator for upper floors of Visharam Dham

Environmental / Green Consciousness :

In our efforts to promote environmental consciousness, and to encourage the usage of green energy sources, we have recently installed solar heaters at NCF Homes. Now, these solar heaters completely take care of the heating of the water for bathing purposes. This has led to substantive reduction of utilization of conventional energy sources. NCF is one of the first entities in Navi Mumbai area to install a Offline Solar PV installation on its rooftop of 20KW capacity (commissioned in May 2016).

Other Facilities :

The NCF campus is home to a spacious Auditorium to accommodate 500 people with a huge stage and changing rooms. NCF welcomes people of all age for a short duration stay up to a week at the Homes and enjoy the silent ambience of Belapur, a well-deserved break from the hustle-bustle of city life. NCF is also an ideal place for holding residential camps / shibirs for constructive activities like meditation, reiki, hobby-classes, lectures-discourses-medical / blood camps, with accommodation available for up to 50 participants for 1 to 7 days
